Payment

Payment must be made in full before your order is confirmed. We accept cash, MasterCard and Visa. We do not accept personal checks or American Express.

Please Note: orders will be placed only after we speak to you (either in person or over the phone) and full payment is received.

Custom Sizes
Almost any item in our collection can be made in a custom size to your specifications. If you are interested in this, please carefully measure your space and then contact us for a consultation.

Custom Orders
We welcome special orders! Trailer Park staff will work with you to create that special item you've dreamed about...or that you just need! Some of the custom pieces we've had made can be seen here in our online catalog.

Return Policy

We are proud to say that we've never had a return request since we opened more than five years ago! However, please note that there are no refunds, returns or exchanges on purchases. We offer store credit only, on undamaged items that are accompanied with an original receipt.
